The physical keys and corresponding location list are kept in two separate locations to provide an extra security measure for your home. As an alternative, you can also provide your garage code to access in and out of your house or office for the service’s time.

If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will be more than happy to come and re-clean the questionable area at no additional charge. At Spark and Shine Cleaning Services, we are not done with our job until you are delighted.
What if something in my home is damaged or broken during a cleaning service?
We do our best to handle your things with the most care. However, sometimes accidents cannot be prevented. Should damage or breakage occur while we are leaning your home, we will make every effort to repair the item or replace the item should repair is not possible. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
How long in advance do I need to contact to schedule a cleaning service?
We kindly ask that you contact us a week before when needing service so that we can schedule the service to accommodate your schedule and availability. However, if you need a faster service, we will be more than happy to do everything we can to accommodate your need and request.
