Our Company Policies
Method of payment
We accept the following methods of payment: cash, check, all major credit cards and e-check. We require a credit card on file to guarantee service.
Payment
Payment is due at time of service.
Late Payment
There will be a $40 fee for payments received after 2 business days of when service was completed.
Scheduling Policies
Rescheduling
We are glad to reschedule appointments to accommodate your personal schedules. However, we do require a 48-hour rescheduling notice. You can contact us by email or phone to reschedule appointments during business hours Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. There is a $90 fee for appointments that are rescheduled in less than 48 hour notice where the credit card on file will be charged automatically.

Service Policy
For clients that are enrolled in recurring service in the event that your house or business may need additional time to clean in cases such as; before/after parties and remodeling/construction where an additional fee of $30 per hour per team member may be charged to your account with client’s approval.

Office hours are Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
Service Hours
Service hours are Monday through Friday between 7 am and 3 pm. Saturday and Sunday services are available upon request with additional fee.
