Our goal is to make your interaction with our cleaning company as convenient and transparent as possible. We provide residential and commercial cleaning services to thoroughly clean every room of your home or office based on your customized cleaning plan.
Your fully trained cleaning team will arrive at your home in uniform with the equipment necessary to clean your home. For your security and peace of mind, we conduct background checks on all of our employees.
Spark and Shine Cleaning Services offer free in-home estimates, with no binding agreements or contracts. During the consultation, we will explain our service in detail, address all of your possible questions, and write down your instructions to customize your cleaning.
Please contact us 48 hours (2 business days) in advance, and we would be happy to reschedule your service.
For your convenience, Spark and Shine Cleaning Services will provide all the environmentally friendly products and supplies to clean your home or office at no additional cost.
We kindly ask that you take a few minutes to put away personal and household items for us to provide you an exceptional service.
Spark and Shine Cleaning Services cleaning team will always take every measure possible to assure safe handling of your things while cleaning your home or office. As we all know, sometimes, accidents cannot be prevented. Spark and Shine Cleaning Services and its employees are insured and bonded so that you can rest assured that you are protected against any damage or breakages.
Most customers are not home when the cleaning team arrives. For security, only the Spark and Shine Cleaning Service supervisor has access to your house or office key. When you entrust your house key to a Spark and Shine Cleaning Services manager, it will immediately be incorporated into the Spark and Shine Cleaning Services lockbox system. The physical keys and corresponding location list are kept in two separate locations to provide an extra security measure for your home. As an alternative, you can also provide your garage code to access in and out of your house or office for the service’s time.
Spark and Shine Cleaning Services guarantee the complete satisfaction of the service. If you are not completely satisfied with our service, contact us within 24 hours, and we will be more than happy to come and re-clean the questionable area at no additional charge. At Spark and Shine Cleaning Services, we are not done with our job until you are delighted.
We do our best to handle your things with the most care. However, sometimes accidents cannot be prevented. Should damage or breakage occur while we are leaning your home, we will make every effort to repair the item or replace the item should repair is not possible. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
We kindly ask that you contact us a week before when needing service so that we can schedule the service to accommodate your schedule and availability. However, if you need a faster service, we will be more than happy to do everything we can to accommodate your need and request.
